Monitoring weather conditions

Herman Events monitors weather forecasts closely in the days leading up to your event, particularly for boat parties, Saona Island tours, and other outdoor experiences. We use official meteorological sources and real-time local conditions to assess safety.

When we reschedule

If weather conditions pose a safety risk — including high winds, heavy rain, strong swells, or official tropical weather advisories — Herman Events will contact you as early as possible to reschedule your event. Your safety is the priority.

Light rain vs. unsafe conditions

Light rain or brief tropical showers do not automatically result in cancellation, as these are common in Punta Cana and often pass quickly. Our team will make a judgment based on actual conditions and the specific experience booked.

Rescheduling process

We will offer alternative available dates at no additional cost. If no mutually agreeable date can be found during your stay, the event will be cancelled at no charge to you.

No-charge cancellation for weather

Since no upfront payment is collected, there is no financial penalty for weather-related cancellations. If you have already made a partial or full in-person payment and the event is cancelled due to unsafe weather, a refund or credit will be arranged.
