The Herman Events booking flow is consultation-first: inquiry submitted, details reviewed, options recommended, custom quote sent when applicable, customer confirms, and Herman Events schedules the experience.
No Automatic Booking
A form submission, account action, RSVP, or package interest does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed booking.
Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when Herman Events communicates confirmation directly through WhatsApp, phone, email, or another approved channel.
Information Needed
Customers should provide accurate date, group size, occasion, location, timing, service interest, and special requests so the team can recommend the best option.
