Optional Communications
Event announcements, recommendations, promotions, venue events, and general newsletters are optional unless they relate directly to an active request, RSVP, account, or confirmed service.
Consent
Optional event communication consent is collected separately, connected to the customer's preferences, and may be withdrawn.
Service Messages
Herman Events may still send service messages about inquiries, account security, RSVPs, cancellations affecting an RSVP, and confirmed services.
Preferences
Customers may update event communication preferences or request removal from optional messages.
